Each work space is equipped with a paint booth that evacuates and collects dangerous contaminants through an efficient ventilation system. These booths also protect our cabinets from particles that may remain suspended in the air in spite of all our efforts and keep paint fumes away from other work areas.

Halfway through the finishing process we apply a top quality sealant to fill the wood pores of our cabinets. This protects them from damages caused by humidity and makes their surface smoother in preparation for the next stage.

At the final stage, we apply a high-end catalyzed varnish specially developed for us to ensure that our cabinets have a durable finish. The action of the catalyst increases the hardness of the varnish and makes it very resistant to scratches and most household cleaning products. Our varnish also contains a UV-absorber designed to protect your cabinets for decades.
